Hasan Tariq founded True Assess after witnessing a structural collapse in engineering hiring. As a technical leader, he observed Senior Engineers passing rigorous coding screens with perfect scores, only to fail completely at basic architectural reasoning on Day 1.

Investigating this anomaly, he uncovered a sophisticated underground of "Cheating-as-a-Service" tools targeting high-stakes roles.

Realizing that traditional monitoring was focused on past threats, he established True Assess to provide a forward-looking solution: validating the authenticity of professional output in complex workflows.
